One of the major problems or issues with the aspect of firefighting in the nation was the construction of tall buildings. This is because it was difficult for the firefighters to reach quickly at the top of the tall buildings or even at great heights towards the high floors of the tall buildings. The tall buildings were mostly built in the structure of a steel-frame with the inclusion of the constructing material of steel. This made it difficult for the firefighters to think about extinguishing fire in an effective manner by reaching at great heights and by managing fires caught by steel structures and steel-framed tall buildings.
